Ibuki Magazine would like to offer our sincerest best wishes and heartfelt sympathy to all those affected by the recent earthquake and tsunami in Japan. Through our common love of Japanese food and culture, us here at Ibuki Magazine and our readers hold a special place in our hearts for the earthquake victims and their families. Anyone wishing to help people affected by the disaster in Japan can do so by contributing to the following relief organizations:The Red Cross has launched efforts in Japan. The Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Relief Fund was launched at GlobalGiving.org to garner funds that will be given to a variety of relief organizations helping victims of the earthquake. It has already raised over $100,000, particularly from concerned Twitter users around the world. Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is sending two three-person teams to the Iwate and Miyagi prefectures in Japan.
