Ingredients Kabocha Squash .................. 1/3 Onion ................................. 1/2 Dashi stock ......................... 4 cups Miso ................................. 3 tbs Directions 1. Cut kabocha squash into bite-sized pieces. Slice onion. 2. Put kacocha squash and onion in the dashi stock and heat. 3. Cook until vegetables are soft. Add miso paste to dissolve in the soup. |
