Ingredients (2 servings) About 40 grams (1.5 oz) of natto, chopped 3 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons rice vinegar 5 tablespoons sesame seed oil 1 tablespoon squeezed ginger juice (grate and squeeze ginger to get juice) 2 tablespoons white roasted sesame seeds Directions 1. Chop natto finely. 2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar and ginger juice. 3. Slowly add sesame seed oil and combine everything well. 4. Add sesame seeds.
