1. ENTRY: To enter the giveaway online, click on the red  Click here to take survey link and follow the on-screen instructions for completing the online entry form and entering the Sweepstakes. Online entry begins on JANUARY 10, 2010 and ends online on MARCH 10, 2010.　IBUKI magazne is not responsible for lost, late misdirected, incomplete, inaccurate or mutilated entries. 2. DRAWING: 1 winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be held on or about March 15, 2010 by IBUKI magazine. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified by phone or email, at IBUKI’s discretion. Failure of a prospective winner to comply with the above prize claim requirements for any reason, any of these Official Rules, or the return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable, or the determination that any winner is ineligible to receive a prize, will result in forfeiture of the corresponding prize. If the prize is forfeited for any reason, an alternate winner may be drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries and awarded the prize.
